Board of Governors

The administration and management of the affairs of the Institute shall be vested in a Board of Governors. The Secretary to the Ministry of Defence will be the Chairperson of the board while the Chief of Defence staff, Tri Forces Commanders, Inspector General of Police, the Commandant, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Additional Secretary (Defence Services) of the Ministry of Defence, Additional Secretary / Director General from the Ministry of Finance, Additional Secretary / Director General from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Deputy Governor of the Central Bank will be members.
