Rear Admiral Dimuthu Gunawardane (Retd.) RWP**, RSP, VSV, USP, nswc, psc, hdmc, who served as the Acting Director General and Director (Communications and Publications) of the Institute of National Security Studies (INSS), was honoured at a Farewell dinner on October 3, 2023. The event took place at the "Ketam House" on Marine Drive, Colombo 3, and was attended by distinguished guests, including General Kamal Gunaratne WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc Mphil, Secretary to the Ministry of Defence.
