Defence Quarterly is the quarterly newsletter of INSS that is published once every three months with the intention of bringing together news and events that take place at the Institute. It includes events & research work, participation in seminars, news on staff, capacity building programmes, visits by local and foreign delegations and celebrations.
It is disseminated amongst local and international academia, think tanks and research institutes, government institutions, Universities, military training institutions, Sri Lanka missions abroad, Foreign missions in Sri Lanka and other interested persons
