Ms. Charani Patabendige, acting Research Analyst and Research Assistant of the Institute of National Security Studies (INSS) participated in a Senior Executive Seminar on the theme of ‘Climate Change and Security’ at the Near East South Asia (NESA) Centre for Strategic Studies from 14th to 18th November 2022. As an alumna of the NESA she has published two articles in the Modern Diplomacy website, titled “Food Insecurity: The Current Crisis” and “Cyberwar, Netwar: The Untouchable and Unpredictable” which are directly connected to National Security.
